Refund policy

Exchanges Offered / No Product Refunds: 

All Swif Stiks are inspected prior to being packaged and sold for use.  Swif Stiks may be exchanged (Swif Stik does not offer refunds).  

However, you may return an item within 30 days of original purchase, if there is a manufacturing flaw or is damaged during delivery - upon receipt.   Items needing exchange must be newly opened, unused, untested, and defective to qualify for an exchange.  

Exchanges will not include the cost of return shipping. Once returned - In the event the product is deemed damaged or defective - upon our re-inspection, Swif Stik will refund the shipping charge (amount reasonable / determined by Swif Stik) incurred to return the product.
