Swif Stik is a weighted apparatus intended to build strength efficiently and safely.  Weighted Swif Stiks are not intended for full use on or while playing instrument(s) - such as drums, cymbals, full set, etc... as they may become damaged and or damage the instrument(s).  All weighted workouts cause fatigue - however in the unlikeliness of pain, pause use and consult medical advice (if required).  

Swif Stik uses high quality manufacturing processes, however Swif Stik expressly disclaims any responsibility for any damage, injury, harm, expense or liability arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the product. Swif Stik is sold on an as-is basis and without warranty of any kind.
